This botanical planter has been handmade on the wheel with white mid-fire clay, painted with coloured slips and underglazes, carved and then fired to high temperatures. It has been glazed on the inside.

This planter has been designed to act as a sheath for a pot and does not have a drainage hold. It works best as a sheath for a plant in an existing plastic pot .

This is a listing for ONE medium planter. (plant not included).

Measures approximately 12 cm wide, 12.5 cm tall. 

Please note: This piece is entirely handmade and as is the case with anything made by a person and not a machine, it may have slight imperfections and irregularities. It may not be perfectly round or symmetrical but it has been made with a lot of love. To make sure it stands the test of time, treat it with care.

All pieces are signed on the bottom with my initials and year.
